More improvements...

Following on the heels of last week's overhaul of OpenPlans we have released a new bevy of changes. Most of these are small, but we hope they add up. As always, please let us know if you experience any problems and we'll do everything in our power to make them right.

Improved the user interface for

• sitewide navigation
• starting a new project
• viewing a project's team
• viewing the team management page for the first time
• viewing mailing list message archives
• adding attachments to wiki pages
• managing project contents
• retrieving a forgotten username

Clarified several messages regarding

• starting a new project
• joining or leaving projects
• retrieving forgotten usernames or resetting passwords

Fixed several site bugs, including

• incorrectly rendered bulleted lists in Internet Explorer
• joining projects with non-standard characters in their names
• alphabetical sorting when searching for people

Performance improvements resulting in

• fewer proxy errors
