This project is intended to produce more theoretical work, although I try to refrain from using the word "theoretical" in the name of the project (If you have a better name for this project, please let me know). The purpose of this project is explore deeper knowledge around various topics related to web and grassroots social changes. Through various kinds of activities (such as panel discussion), we intend to produce white papers for certain important topics.
