Come one come all!!! Newbies. Veterans. Theme camps. Art Projects.
    Rangers. Villages.

The Asylum Village Happy Hour is being graciously turned over to your
NYC Regional Contacts for our annual Meet & Greet Happy Hour!!

On May 7th come out and meet experienced Burners and have all your
    questions answered about Burning Man.

Where: The Delancey, 168 Delancey, between Clinton St & Attorney
    Time: 7:00pm

If you have any questions, things or ideas to contribute to this Meet
& Greet, please contact me, O Man, at o.man.nyc (at) gmail (dot) com.

Part of this Meet & Greet will also include an incredilbe art auction
to support a NYC Community Burn: ELLIS ISLAND - BLACK ROCK CITY.

We have an amazing community here in New York, but up until now we do
not have an event at Burning Man where we all gather together in one
place. This year, the American Dream, is the year to make that happen.
Friday night on the playa we will burn the Ellis Island installation
with New York fire performers, DJ's, and play "New York, New York' as
the artwork erupts into a pyrotechnic display and burns.

We have funding to produce the art, but not to burn it.

PLEASE SUPPORT A NEW YORK COMMUNITY BURN. This is your opportunity to
own some fabulous art and support having a New York Community Burn on
the playa by bidding on the following fabulous items up for auction:

    Carl Saytor: Burning Man Photographs
    J. Gavin Heck: Sock Puppet
Amy Shapiro: Glow Screen, freeze your shadow on a glow-in-the-dark backdrop
    Lizzie Steelheart: Haircut
    Myong Noh: Kimono and Mask
Rich Orloff: Rehearsal script COME AGAIN, "a comedy in five sexual acts"
    Robin Morris: Jewelry
Philip Riley: art to be determined
Daniel Stuelpnagel: art to be determind
    Julia Solis: Photograph - Framed
    Sarah Magida: Painting
Container Space: 20 Cubic Feet on shipping container from NYC to playa
    and more...

No cash for an auction item? THEN YOU CAN HELP BY PURCHASING A RAFFLE
TICKET TO SUPPORT THE BURN. Take a chance on winning a Carl Saytor
PHOTOGRAPH OF BLACK ROCK CITY. Raffle tickets are $2.00 and will be
    available at Happy Hour.

To contribute work, volunteer, or perform at the burn please contact:

Thanks for bringing this back to the fore, Lily.

I have to set up for an event at work tomorrow, but I should be done around
6:45. Should we check it out?
