    Dave Howell has gotten us up to 4 rooms along with the main room.  
    Depending on interest, we can use 2 of these for talks, 2 for focused 
    sprinting or group discussion.  Let me know if you need a room.

    look forward to seeing you all tomorrow morning! Kapil and I roll in as
    soon as we can get in from the airport (10am, I believe).
