		<description>I have to echo Martin's sentiments re: OpenLaszlo. Yes the UI is nice, but the stack is so far removed from anything familiar to most Python developers that it may be a hard sell to maintain.</description>

		<description>I don't really know much about OpenLaszlo, but when last looked at it, it felt rather esoteric. I don't really see why you need this kind of declarative language. I'm sure it's useful to many people, but it's so far removed from the stack we tend to use, that I fear it'd be one of those things no-one would want to maintain.

If it were me, I'd look at ExtJS instead, using JSON to transport information between client and server. It's a different model, but a very nice one, and one that gives you really nice widgets and a sane programming model that's easy enough to understand.</description>
