[1] Agreed that some money would go to everyone.

[2] Anyone can participate; only those that have contributed to the docs project previous to the sprint (e.g. submitted documentation, worked on PHC, etc) will be given priority for receiving some financial assistance. "New comers" may or may not receive any.

[3] 15 Maximum (as of 5/7/2007)

[4] Participants are expected to:

• identify topics / tasks in advance
• enter topics / tasks into the documentation tracker
• and line up any Subject Matter Expert(s) as needed

[5] There are two major kinds of tasks:

• Writing new documentation (see #4)
• PHC* (coding) related tasks / Re-org or fixing existing docs - *please note that the bulk of the PHC work should be done before doc sprint
