Shared spreadsheet interim solution for local contacts, donors, distro, and other contact information. We will use this until we have a better way to do this -- the data entered here can be easily transferred to other contexts as .csv of .xls files. Note also that FJC, our fiscal umbrella, has a database of all donations to the project that came thru them.

We have a contact database set up on google as an interim way to track.

To access it, you need a gmail account. If you don't have one, email Icarus Admin and they will send you the link to create one.

Once you have a gmail account and you have let Icarus Admin know your gmail address, you can go to:

http://spreadsheets.google.com

and then choose "open" and you should see "Icarus Contact Database" as an openable file.

Alternately, you can log into gmail as

project.icarus@gmail.com

enter the password, then go to http://spreadsheets.google.com.

Please note that there are no backups of the contact database or rollbacks to previous versions. Do not delete or change data unless you are sure about what you are doing.
