sash - are we collective? are we staff? good to have solid set roles solid set things. situation at fh needs energy. education unit has moved out except for icarus

will - we want you involved. how avail are you for communication? how much $ if any?

will - how about you try to be avail on email, try to make phone calls, and we give you small like 3hrs/wk honorarium?

sasch - how do we make decisions?

will - we have to make decisions without clearing with madigan - if there's something mad wants input on she has to make effort to be involved but we'll have to make decisions w/o her input.

all - let's think about this and come up with firm plan later on.

-- half art show $ going to local half to national NET after expenses

nyc looking for a new space & come up with plan for becoming $ independent.

have option of using FH office; have option to meet less frequently; meet elsewhere

icarus national will pay for NYC rent thru sept; develop plan for after that. icarus will probably help some for oct if no other options -- will discuss then.

icarus nyc needs to think about fundraising; nat'l can help.

open fjc acct if fjc is ok with icarus locals using them as umbrella, might not just be nyc.

ashley will look into this with jeanine at fjc.

put out call on list thru alana nonprofit world. idealist.org, craigslist,

mads -- send it to our channels first, then wait on larger channels

print out hard copies, pass around fh

put it up on icarus discussion board.
