Python is a development language, that is of course open source. But as I found out, not many people know about it. So I started asking around for users of it to give a description of it and how it’s used, plus some tips and tricks on using it to any interested new users.

Python has many advantages like web development, programing, scripting and many more. Another advantage is, it can operate on multiple platforms; like Windows, Mac, Linux and so on. Also something that I personally like is you can make great source code for it, which means with some modifications to the source code; you can have it operate on different platforms.

The community is very active and there are several sites you can go too, for help in learning python, even some Linux user groups and other IT groups of different kinds that cover python.
