    Hi Simon-

I did indeed adapt the Andreas01 theme for Plone; unfortunately I don't
have the time to update it for Plone 3, but the good news is that my
colleague Veda Williams has organized a large crew of folks to work on
new out-of-the-box themes for Plone. I suspect that she might be able
to interest someone in updating Andreas01, so I'm cc:ing her and the
    OOTB team.

    best,
    jon

Andreas01 was ported to Plone by Jonathan Wilde as part of Google
    Highly Open Participation contest (http://plone.org/news/29-contributions-sponsored-by-google
    ).

It was part of the first round of OOTB themes, the test results are
    available at: http://www.openplans.org/projects/ootb-plone-themes/andreas01-test-results

This raises a point, last time I looked not all the themes have product
pages on plone.org - product authors please create a product page so we
can make our new themes a bit more visible to the outside world and let
people know Plone does have a theming story! :)

Ah, that had totally slipped my mind! Thanks, Matthew & Jonathan! Did
      I mention how I *love* open-source!?! ;-)

Ah, excellent, I am so grateful for the effort and skill that you folks
put in so that dumbos like me don't have to worry about CSS :-)

Probably just some minor packaging cleanups to be sure it conforms to
    modern "best practice."

Yes, I didn't manage to squash every little IE-related bug... perhaps we
can get an OOTB theme volunteer to do it.
