Page that loads when a user who has not yet activated their account through email try to login.

Users are kept on this page and PMS message change if they request a new activation email:

"a new email has been sent, make sure you follow the link on that page to activate your account".

However, a simpler solution could be to just have a PMS with a link "It seems you have not activated your account yet. Click here to have a new email message sent to youremail@email.com".
But this involves having the PMS do more than it can handel right now.
