Comment:

 I'm sure this made sense a year ago. But we now manage startup / shutdown
 of the whole stack with supervisor, so init scripts don't belong in
 opencore.
 In turn we manage supervisor with init scripts that live in SVN.
 I don't think we really need the build to install those for us.
