Sputnik + Flunc

So, we expediently disabled all the flunc tests for sputnik a while
back, since they were constantly broken by the amount of in-flux
design work.
I understand the reason for doing that, but we're flying without one
of our major safety nets.
I propose that our first task post-woonerf-launch should be turning
them back on and carefully adjusting the tests to correspond to
intended functionality.
And fix any bugs revealed in the process. We should *not* just assume
the site's current output is correct and make the tests expect that;
we should slow down and think about it.
In fact, if at all conceivably possible, I think we should do this
before launch.
