Twirlip status:  Mounafied, ready to go into stage and testing.

Security: I fixed a bug that Tim pointed out.  He and I shall have to talk one day about how he notices these things.  Not that I haven't found my share of bugs -- but I want us all to be more effective.

 Now I am auditing the use of the structure command in TAL.
