Plugin for WP comments supports these features, with a nice AJAXy UI:

• link from comment form to openplans.org login
• redirect from openplans.org login back to WP comment form
• populate WP comment form with openplans member info, and hide it.
  
• comment submit creates a trackback in your openplans profile, including link to comment and excerpt of comment text. Option to disable this. 
  
• option to post comment anonymously even if logged in to openplans
  
• supports logout from openplans from the WP comment form
  
• trackbacks can be removed from profile view
  

To Do

• Handle more failure modes (eg. openplans and/or streetsblog down or hung at various times in the flow)
• Handle user already being logged in to openplans (currently the comment form doesn't notice this)
• better integration with WP spam-blocking plugins
• progress indicators
