Xinha is an editor intended to replace kupu for editing wiki pages.

Xinha simplifies many common editing tasks.


Tasks remaining for an initial deploy:
remove create web link button (internal link button can create links externally as well)
remove spellchecker button (no backend currently)
merge to trunk
verify all tests pass locally
commit changes
deploy on stage
verify all tests pass on stage


In the future, we can add additional xinha plugins to fulfill user stories.
