Deployment of xinha to production.

Outstanding issues/enhancements:
discrete formatting
adjusting xinha editor width/height
placing the cursor inside the text area (not just activating the toolbar)
put full screen mode plugin in

VH's Xinha Comments - some things I've noticed:

- current wordwrap doesn't account for text size...in large font the words overlap.

- if i select text and then add a table (which, so me, says "put this text in a new table"), why doesn't the text end up in the table?

- should be able to use double parentheses OR a link button in order to make a new wiki-link...some people will prefer one, some will prefer the other

- xinha is sexier, in some nice ways, compared with kupu. some things are too sexy. like the number of colors that are available for changing the text/background color. What's the chance that I will choose the correct shade of blue TWICE in a single page? it could take hours to match up colors in the wiki.

- if you paste in a long link, xinha doesn't wrap it. end up with a wiki page that is too wide.

- shouldn't the "heading" option result in larger text than it does currently? it's a heading, not just some bold text.

- altogether, i prefer it to the kupu instance we were using. though i'm not entirely sure which features were editor-specific and which were the result of styling.
