Bug #1:

Clicking on the Uncategorized category on a new blog causes a 404. 

1. Create a new medium security level project. 
   
2. Click on the blog link. 
3. Now click on the "Uncategorized" link under the "Categories" heading. You should then get a 404.

 Add names for each 'security level' so the screen looks like this (and so coders and testers can refer to security settings with a standard notation. apparently there are internal terms for this but they're not used externally - this may facilitate more informative user feedback when security settings are involved.
