Bug #1: Signout link doesn't work!

On link http://woonerf.nycstreets.org/,  signout link doesn't work. Can't sign out of one user and sign into another.

 

 

 

Weirdness #1: It feels weird that, here, http://woonerf.nycstreets.org/projects/create/,  both the "Projects" and "Start a project" tabs are highlighted.

Weirdness #2: User may not have sufficient permissions after their invite was removed.

1. As user 1, invite user 2 to a project. User 2 should receive an invite email.
   
2. As user 2, remove the invite.
3. Log out of user 1.
4. Find the invite email for user 2, and click on the link to join the project (remember, the invite was removed). This link brings them to the default NYCStreets page, but gives the heading "You do  not have sufficient permission." This feels odd if I was User 2, because there was nothing telling me my invite was revoked.

Edit: Looks like I actually did get a "revoked" email, but there was odd time in between. The email is also pretty scant on details.
