The NuPlone theme as it ships with Plone 3.0 is a great step forward, and an excellent start on a more comprehensive redesign of Plone. We want to expand on the current design, make it a bit more flexible and able to accommodate new elements like "in-page site maps" (aka bottom nav), explore how we can make a grid layout, maybe investigate grid frameworks for CSS like Blueprint, etc etc.
