Become a sponsor for our trainings

Our main mission is to introduce Python and its related technologies to developers in Africa.

Sponsorship of the trainings enables organizations to advertise while supporting the adoption of Python in Africa as a way toward social change as well as an enterprise productivity tool.

Python African Tour provides

• A Python introduction training (generally 2 days, but may be planned on 3 days)
  

• A website with the presentation material about the project. Sponsors' logos will be displayed on it. See below for details.
  
• A T-shirt for volunteers, sponsors and participants.
  
• A CD with software from sponsors. See below for details. Note that this is different from the live CD which will be used for the trainings (and demos).

Levels of sponsor

Local Business - General

Contribution: 200 euros.
Benefits: "Small size" logo on the website.

Condition: Must be a company based in the country where the tour is going.

Local Business - IT sector

Contribution: 600 euros.
Benefits: "Small size" logo on the website.

Condition: Must be a company, from the IT sector, based in the country where the tour is going.

Silver

Contribution: 1800 euros.
Benefits: "Medium size" logo + company presentation on the website.

Gold

Contribution: 3600 euros.
Benefits: "Medium size" logo + company presentation on the website + Logo on the T-shirt.

Platinum

Contribution: 5000 euros.
Benefits: "Medium size" logo + company presentation on the website + Logo on the T-shirt + Software/Demo available on the "promotional CD".

"Python African Tour Honorable"

Contribution: 10000 euros.

Benefits:

• "Big size" logo + presentation of the organization on the website + Logo on the T-shirt + Software/Demo available on the "promotional CD".
• First 2 "Tour Honorable" sponsors will have the possibility to send a speaker (developer, trainer) for a barcamp session during a choosen period of the tour (possibility to choose among the planned countries of the tour), for the purpose of highlighting their product(s) or service(s). Important: These presentations must promote Python, and must be pre-approved by Python African Tour organizers.

Become an endorser for the project

We would like international "social and development" organizations interested by the outcome of this project to endorse the project ! This can be in the form of authorizing us to mention them as "endorsers" with their name and logo on our website.
