it's in good shape... there was a blip with some failing tests, but we've 
found the bugs the tests were uncovering, and they've been resolved so the 
tests are passing again.

there are still some open bugs (see http://plone.org/products/remember/issues) 
that need to be squashed.  we need to remove the one final remaining method 
from our membership tool, so that we can ship w/o a custom implementation. 
and we need to add a mechanism for migrating from default plone members to 
remember-based members.

i'm hoping we will have a 1.0 beta release of remember and membrane this 
weekend or early next week.  help is welcome.  :-).
