Yes you are right. I have the same problem. What I am needing is the ability
for Anonymous users to sign up, but for there profile to remain private
except to the administrator and themselves.

Should we be looking at individual rights on the Schema? or should we be
looking at adding an extra permission or transaction on the workflow. This
is my first Plone project so need some pointers.
