Hey y'all,

I am not one to force a meeting if none seems warranted so—judging by the team tracker (http://www.openplans.org/projects/topp-design) and conversations I've had with each of you individually—I don't think it's worth taking up your time with a formal design team meeting tomorrow.  Everyone is pretty much working on the same thing as last week anyhow.

If anyone would like to review their work from this past week or just get a fresh set of eyes they are welcome to call a meeting, talk to their peers, or come to me individually. Please talk to me if you have any concerns about the amount of work you've been assigned (too much? not enough?), your progress thus far (enough? too much?), or anything else.

I've also been in touch with our various product managers (Nick, Cholmes, and Luke) and updated the team tracker with tentative stuff on the horizon. You're welcome to explore that stuff, but please stay focused on your immediately priorities, as that is what we've committed to be accountable for.

We will definitely reconvene for a full design team meeting on April 16th to review work since April 3rd and assign changing priorities.

Best,
Rollie
