  • No Design Team Meeting (07/02)

    In the interest of giving Bryan, Chris, and Phil all the time they  
    need to wrap things up before going on vacation, we will not be having  
    a design team meeting tomorrow. As usual, priorities are below and on

        Thanks for passing this on. Unfortunately @font-face is currently only 
        supported in Safari, but it should be available in the next version of 
        Firefox (3.1) and next version of Opera both likely due out in the next 
        few months. I think IE8 might even support it too. This is probably the 
        CSS3 property I'm most excited about, I can't wait.
        
        It's really cool to see how rapidly the Webkit/khtml/Safari team is 
        innovating with bleeding edge CSS properties. I had a really weird 
        experience recently where I suddenly though it would be a cool idea to 
        let you define a mask with css. Meaning you could set text or some sort 
        of vector shape (or image with transparency) to act as a mask for 
        another image.  It turns out this was just implemented in webkit:
