Transcluder

Transcluder sits in front of your applications and performs tranclusions.  When your application includes a link with rel="include", the link is replaced with the contents of the page at the href of the link.

Presently, Transcluder's thread model is totally screwed up.  To fix it, we ought to replace the explicit thread pool with a model that creates a thread per request -- but only if there are fewer than N threads currently running.  I think.
