Create a total of 5 scenarios with about 4-6 tasks each
Based on OpenPlans user personas and available Main interfaces enhanced for NUI (+ based on the written tests created for NUI).

We can create a few demo/fake projects for this as well as to be used for the help/faq

PART 1
Home page. Describe first impressions. Gather general understanding of the site.
You are looking for something that relates to PROJECT 1
There is a project called exactly PROJECT 1, they can find it on the home page, or search for it maybe if they don't see it.

PART 2
GO TO EMAIL (have fake email address ready for user on Gmail)
You have received an email invitation to join PROJECT 2.
Read the email, follow the instructions.
Create user account
Confirm email address
Find the project that invited you

Describe PROJECT 2, what is this about? describe what you think each part of the top menu might be

PART 3
You want to find some info about your friend who invited you.
2 scenarios, either the person does a search or they go to the team members.
If they search first then:
You want to see who else is part of that project, where do you go?
Navigate the team members page (test pagination also).
You don't have info or a picture, you want to add them.
If they go straight to the team, make them search for something or some person (useful?, or do it somewhere else?)

You notice a few other people have some information about  themselves on the team page, you want to do the same.
Upload a picture of yourself
Add some information about yourself
Where do you want to find this information now?

PART 4
You want to contribute some content to their page on TOPIC 2.1
Go to wiki page
You want to know who edited what when.
Navigate the history.
Try to revert.
Revert again.
Try to edit page
Try to upload something, an attachment.
Check your changes have been made.

+ Check out the contents page, what is it? What can you do there? Delete the pages that are obviously gibberish.
This could go at start of PART 4, before they find a specific page to contribute to.

PART 5
You notice a link to another project PROJECT 3 (or you remember PROJECT 2)
You want to edit something there.
You don't have the permissions, why? Why did you get this error message this time?
What do you do?
Help them if needed to realize they need to request membership.
Send a request to join.
What do you expect will happen next?

WE approve his request from another laptop.
How do you find out if you've been approved?

PART 6

You want to create your own project on TOPIC 3.1: PROJECT 3
Start a project page.
Describe what you see, tell us what you think the different options will do.
Invite your friend that invited you to join as well.
Invite others.
What happens next with these invitations?

Make them test other wiki stuff?
Create a fake version of content on their project so they can be administrators of it? Probably not necessary.
