 currently, popups with Xinha size improperly, and so the content has a
 scroll bar.

 Fixing this has proved to be a major pain in the ass because there doesn't
 seem to be a decent callback on the Xinha loading code.

Comment:

 Good news!  Apparently this isn't an issue any more.

 This will likely crop up again, since we haven't fixed the underlying
 problem of totally contingently coping with Xinha sizing issues, but we
 don't have to worry about it for now.
