 In google maps, if you resize the window smaller than the popup before the
 popup is opened, the popup will simply stay its normal size upon opening.
 In Vespucci, however, the popup opens up very small, cutting off any
 content except for the title.

 We should fix this, though, arguably, it's low priority.
