 From the contract:

 "The currently available Vespucci instances are designed to authenticate
 against credentials supplied by The Open Planning Project's websites
 Livable Streets and OpenPlans.  Authentication is important for a WFSV
 demo because it ties revisions to a particular user.  The Landgate
 Vespucci branch and the GeoServer it depends on will be modified so that
 the application authenticates against only GeoServer's credentials. "
