      As a general point for everyone, I think we should try to be a little
      more constructive in giving feedback. I don't see how Jan Ulrich could

        Yes, that would be nice. ;-)
        
        Don't you like photos at all? Don't you like rectangular photos? Or  
        don't you like this special photo with the tiny tiny heads?
        
        If you don't like this special photo, I would agree, but I had no  
        better one at hand.
        
        In any other cases we need to have a kind of workflow how to select  
        and modify photos.

          I think a graphic would be better than a photo, since the rest of the
          design uses graphics.
