Planes

Sacramento International Airport is the nearest major airport, and is about a half-hour from downtown. Let us know when you're arriving and departing and we'll pick you up and drop you off. 

Callahan at Sacramento airport -- arrive 08:35 Feb 2 on AA 364;  depart  19:50 Feb 5 on AA 2622.

Trains 

The Davis Amtrak train station is in downtown Davis, within easy walking distance of several motels. The Capitol Corridor (PDF Schedule) route is the ideal way to get here from the SF Bay Area.

Bicycles

If you're coming by car or train, consider bringing your bicycle (and helmet). There's no better way to get around Davis, which is one of the best bicycling cities in the US. 

Accommodations

Any motel in Downtown Davis will be close to UC Davis and have lots of close places to eat and drink.
